Stephane is Hamilton Maberly's co-founder and director. In London for the last 30 years, he is a resourceful and truly global headhunter, with more than 25 years' experience in recruiting for international roles. He is fully bilingual French/English.

Over the years, his focus has been on Europe, as well as French and English speaking Africa and more recently, North America, headhunting local and expatriate candidates within a range of sectors, always recruiting with diversity as a priority. His main areas of expertise are mining, minerals and automotive.

He admits he isn't a great fan of AI and much prefers building long term relationships with candidates and clients alike, based on understanding, emotional intelligence and trust. He likes to think outside the box, leaves no stone unturned, and never gives up, all in order to find the right people.
